Athletic and School Physicals Offered
The Shelby County Health Department will be hosting School and Athletic Physicals on July 11, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Moweaqua. Report at 9:30 am for preliminary work. Physicians will be available to complete exam at 10:30 am. There is a $20.00 charge for the examination. Medical cards are accepted.
