If you have a returning student/s, please log in to your  account. 

All of your returning student/s should be listed and the online form will be at the bottom of that page. Please submit with any changes noted.  Fees may be paid through the Link.

If you have forgot your login or password, please call the District office 217-226-4042 and we can send you those details via the email you have provided.
