Student Athletes

Any MIDDLE SCHOOL or HIGH SCHOOL student participating in athletics must have a medical Pre-participation Examination turned into the school office before practice of that sport.

The examination must occur not more than 395 days preceding practice or participation in such athletic contest or activity.

Sports Fees must also be paid prior to first competition. 

$40.00 per sport with a max of $100.00 per athlete. 

Sports fees may be paid on the EPay portal on our website.  Please indicate which sport you are paying for.
